إِنَّنِي أَنَا اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنَا فَاعْبُدْنِي وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ لِذِكْرِي

Allah is the Arabic word for the Creator of everything in this world, i.e. the One True God. 

Islam teaches us that Allah has no partners or equals. That means no one can compare to Him in any way whatsoever. He is superior while everything and everyone else is inferior. 

No one else deserves to be worshipped except Allah, because He is greater than everything.
